How we use it

• To create and manage your account, and verify it's really you (email verification codes, password resets)
• To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them
• To process payments through the gateway you select, and reconcile that payment against your order
• To show your past orders, saved addresses, wishlist, and reviews back to you
• To respond to support requests and return/cancellation requests

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

• Payment providers — eSewa, Khalti, and Fonepay each receive the order amount and a reference number needed to process your chosen payment method, governed by their own privacy policies.
• Delivery — your delivery address and phone number are used internally to fulfil and ship your order.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Website advertising

Our website (not the mobile app) shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can review or opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet our accounting, tax, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account by contacting us using the details below.

Your choices

• You can view and update your name and mobile number from your account page at any time.
• You can delete a saved delivery address, wishlist item, or review yourself, at any time.
• You can ask us to export or delete your account data by contacting us below.

Children's privacy
